The calculators tell you what the numbers do. We do not arrange finance ourselves, so this is how you ask for a referral to someone who does.
A few high-level details
What happens next
- Nick reads it himself. There is no queue and no call centre.
- You get a reply within one business day, usually with the two or three questions that actually decide whether it is fundable.
- If it is not fundable yet, he says so and tells you what would change that. That answer is free and it is often the useful one.
- Nothing is lodged anywhere, and no credit file is touched, until you say so.
Who handles it, and how they are paid
Levelhead Business Advisory does not arrange finance. This is a referral request, and it goes to The Lending Lab Pty Ltd, where Nicholas Clunes is Credit Representative Number 530711, authorised under Australian Credit Licence Number 387856. Nick is also the principal of Levelhead Business Advisory, so if a facility settles through The Lending Lab he may benefit from the commission a lender pays it. Commission is not payable on every transaction and the amount is not ascertainable now. Development and construction finance is referred to Andorra Private instead. Sending this places you under no obligation and costs nothing.
